Customer Service Representative
Technical Services Engineer (TSE) Job Description:
Data Distributing is a leader in providing digital storage solutions to the medical industry. TSE will travel nationwide to hospitals and imaging centers to install and configure Data Distributing solutions as well as provide training to the end users of the solutions.  TSE will also provide first level technical support for solution related issues.  The TSE will monitor and track problems through email and helpdesk when needed to ensure a timely resolution. The TSE will also be required to work in a pre sales technical support role assisting the sales team during the course of the sales cycle as needed.
