Technical Services Engineer
Supervisor

Qualifications / Requirements:
Recent graduate with a degree or certification from a technical institution or college
Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, servers running on both NT, 2000, and 2003 platforms
Ability to install, configure, setup, and troubleshoot desktop and other types of applications
Good working knowledge of TCP /IP and DNS
Working knowledge of iSCSI, SCSI, and RAID
Must be able to lift 30 lbs on a regular basis, and up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis
Ability to travel nationwide 80% of the time
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Sound decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time autonomously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including documentation)
Maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times when working with external and internal customers and outside business partners
Ability to seek assistance to resolve problems when necessary
