No. Our new site is a work in progress. Product listings are updated daily. If you can't find what you are looking for by searching under keyword, category, product type, manufacturer or a combination of some or all of those, call your account representative or customer service at 800-635-6779.

What kind of payment terms can we set up with your company?
You may pay by Credit Card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover) or fill out a credit application and pay on net terms. You can fill out our on line credit application , or call 1-800-635-6779 and request that one be faxed or mailed to you.

How long does it take to get set up as a customer of Data Distributing?
After we receive your company's credit application it usually takes 1-2 days. However, you can receive pricing and availability from your account rep now.

Why did I get my invoice before my order?
This occasionally happens when your shipment is shipped ground from our California warehouse. If you are on the east coast chances are your invoice, which is sent the same day as your shipment, will arrive first. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I process a return?
In the event that you need to return product please use our RMA form , or contact customer service with the information which the RMA form asks for. To receive full credit for the return of hardware the product must be unopened and in its original box. Media must be sealed.
