Overview
Imaging technology advances, such as multi-slice CT are pushing the
boundaries of storage capacity, and in many cases a separate workflow
is very desirable. PACSKey is a mini, or micro PACS solution dedicated
to a small handful of specific modalities, or can be used as a single
modality archive. PACSKey is a bundled hardware and software solution
that stores, manages, queries, retrieves and auto-routes DICOM images,
exactly as an enterprise-wide archive does, but with a much smaller
price tag.
Data Distributing’s bundled
solution, PACSKey, includes MicroPower PACS (MPP) application software,
archive server for online storage, power archive for shelf archive
(offline) and backup recovery, CD burning functionality, and an
LCD for the viewing station.
