Data Distributing offers extended warranties on all Rimage equipment at the point of sale. Additionally, extended warranties can be purchased, even if the original warranty has lapsed!
Choose the service option that best suits your needs

Recertification
For equipment that has been expired over 60 days without warranty coverage, the unit is sent to Rimage and placed through the recertification process. Once recertification is complete, the Rimage unit assumes full product coverage such as:
-All repair parts (not including consumables and print heads)
-labor
-software updates

Time and Materials
Another option for support is time and materials. End users can choose to have a field engineer sent on site, or the Rimage unit can be sent in for repair.
